The adaptation of our VerteBRIDGE® Technology to the cervical spine has allowed us to design a new stand-alone, zero profile and mini-invasive cage:
ROI-C®.

Just like ROI-A, the curved and self-retaining anchoring clip are inserted directly along the axis of the disc through the implant holder and then through the cage. This ensures segment stability during fusion process.

ROI-C is a true evolution in achieving the best fusion quality for cervical arthrodesis.

Design for patient safety

  • Innovative anchoring technology made of Titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) avoiding the use of anterior plates or screws.
  • "Zero-profile" design with no hardware protruding outside the intervertebral disc space.
  • The curved self-locking anchoring plate incorporating a central self-retaining clip, secures the anchoring system and the cage inside the intersomatic space.
  • The wide graft chamber, optimizes the contact between the graft and the vertebral endplates enhancing the quality of the fusion.
  • The self-retaining design with chevron shaped teeth ensures an optimal primary stability.
 
  • The ROI-C® cage is manufactured from PEEK-Optima®, a biocompatible material with a modulus of elasticity close to that of healthy bone. Its radiolucency enables post-operative assessment of fusion.

 
  • All implants are delivered in sterile packaging to ensure product quality and absolute traceability.

A safe and direct insertion

  • The cage and its anchoring system are directly inserted along the axis of the disc allowing for a minimal invasive anterior approach to the spine, reducing vascular risks and respecting anatomic structures.
  • Millimetric adjustment of the cage-holder ensures optimal positioning of the cage prior to half anchoring plate insertion.
  • Self-guided anchoring system insertion: 2 instruments, 2 steps for a simple, reliable, fast and reproducible insertion.
 

Comprehensive selection to match patient anatomy

  • The wide range of cage dimensions (footprint, height) and half anchoring plate (Standard, Long) enables to adapt the implant to all patient anatomies and accomodates multi-level surgeries or hybrid constructs.
